>History:

– Iddi Mugo Gachoki a.k.a Dj Exploid was born in Mwea, (Central,Kenya) on 24th March
1993

He Went to Effort Academy, then to Thiba Secondary School In Ngurubani,Mwea

After Completing Secondary School, He joined Apex College And Studied
”Computer Programming Course Then Later To Kenya Institute Of Media & Technology
And Learnt ”Tv / Video Production .

Dj Exploid started the passion of music while in primary school, And started
djing using virtual dj at class 7. He used to set up small parties during holidays
whereby he sent invites to his friends and classmates, by then he din’t had
stage name.People used to call him Dj Iddi, but later changed to Dj Exploid”
The name came from Sony Xplod Sound Systems which he liked and used back then,

Later in 2010, while in High School, He already had a large fanbase all over
Kenya,Which he obtained it by recording street videos mixes and distributed
copies to Cd shops and in matatu’s”

This made him able to organize big
events such as Talent Shows, Leavers Parties, Disco,

Still in 2010, He won Best Central Dj Held in Central Province (2010 – 2012)
And formed an entertainment company called ”Qtro” Joined by Dj Crash & Dj Scretch
and started doing events

In 2013, The group went down, This was because his members went to study far from their
hometown and this made it hard for him to run the entertainment company on his own, So
he started djing on his own as a brand.

In February 2014, He Landed a job at Spin Cycle Entertainment ( Headed By Kaytrixx [C.E.O] )
As A DJ / Marketer.

Later In February 2016, He Quited Working At Spincycle Ent And Went Back To Re-branded The Entertainment Company He Had Formed Years Ago ” QTRO ENTERTAINMENT” And Started It All Over Again, It Now Deals With Photography, Video Directing, Graphics Design, DJ Services, Brand Management And Marketing.
